People First Foundation trustees commit to organising
relevant, consistent and cost-effective forums for all NPO leaders !

An organisation with a mission
Every organisation is a product of its time. It identifies a critical need in society and mobilises the necessary resources and crafts a comprehensive strategy to intervene decisively. In the process of intervention it takes into account all the accumulated knowledge and experiences of the past to minimise any potential risk of failure and to maximise its impact.

People First Foundation is no exception. Despite some pockets of excellence, we enter a non-profit sector that is collectively weak, in disarray with no unified voice and organizations collapsing whilst others just manage to survive. Our agenda for social change has almost been abandoned as we try to play everybody’s game except our own. The sector is at a crossroads. We cannot continue in the old way. A new awareness is needed - an awareness that appreciates and can build on the successes of the past and confront with courage our weaknesses in the present. (Copies of our annual reports can be found at bottom of this link).
